01. Agreement & eligibility
By visiting Archive.Vip, creating an account, placing an order, or accepting delivery, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and legally able to enter a binding contract. If you use the site for another person or organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind them.
02. Customer accounts
You must provide accurate registration information, protect your password, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your Archive.Vip account until you notify us. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, chargebacks, security incidents, or violations of these Terms. Archive.Vip staff will never ask for your Archive.Vip password through Discord.
03. Listings & availability
Each listing describes the digital account, visible inventory, known restrictions, price, delivery method, and any stated warranty. Public platform data and inventory values are snapshots or estimates and may change. Screenshots, hours, item values, ranks, and ban information are not guarantees of future status or value. A listing may be corrected, withdrawn, or marked sold before payment. Obvious pricing or description errors may be cancelled and refunded.
04. Orders, payment & delivery
An order is accepted only after payment is confirmed. Card payments are handled by the identified payment processor; cryptocurrency payments are final once the required network confirmation is reached and cannot be reversed merely because value or fees changed. You authorize the stated charge and agree not to make a false dispute or chargeback. Digital delivery occurs through the authenticated customer panel; Discord may be used to notify you that delivery is ready. You must verify the delivered information promptly and secure all credentials and recovery methods.
05. Warranty, refunds & disputes
The warranty shown on the listing or checkout controls that purchase. Unless a listing states otherwise, a claim must be opened through the official Discord within the stated warranty period and include the order number and enough information to investigate. A valid claim may be resolved by repair, replacement with reasonably comparable inventory, store credit, or refund, as appropriate. Coverage does not include buyer-caused loss, credential sharing, cheating, platform-rule violations after delivery, unauthorized changes, failure to secure the account, or a change of mind after working credentials are delivered. Nothing in these Terms limits refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
06. Third-party platforms & transfer risk
Archive.Vip is independent and is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by Valve, Riot Games, Epic Games, Battlestate Games, or any game publisher. Third-party terms may prohibit selling, sharing, or transferring accounts. For example, Steam, Riot, and Epic state that their accounts may not be sold or transferred. A platform may suspend, restrict, reclaim, or terminate an account without Archive.Vip's control. You must review the applicable platform rules before purchasing and accept this disclosed risk. Archive.Vip does not promise permanent platform access or protection from a platform enforcement decision.
07. Acceptable use
- Do not use the site, a delivered account, or payment system for fraud, theft, abuse, cheating, harassment, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other unlawful activity.
- Do not attack, scrape at unreasonable volume, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, or interfere with the site.
- Do not resell a delivered account as an Archive.Vip listing, impersonate Archive.Vip, or misuse our name, content, or logo.
- Do not submit stolen credentials, payment information, or accounts you do not lawfully control.
08. Disclaimers & liability
The site and third-party account information are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed and Archive.Vip is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of digital value, or a third-party platform decision. Where legally permitted, Archive.Vip's total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. These limits do not apply to liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. These Terms are governed by the law of the place where Archive.Vip is established, subject to mandatory consumer rights and venue rules that apply where you live. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a new effective date; material changes apply to later use and orders.
09. Contact
Order disputes, warranty claims, and legal questions can be submitted through the official Archive Discord. Include your Archive.Vip order number, but never post passwords or recovery codes in a public channel.
